Size: 6.5 acres
Completion: Summer 2024
Originally constructed in 2007, Tuscany Meadows Park has undergone a $2.5 million transformation to enhance its amenities and better serve the community in southeast Frisco, Texas. Designed with four distinct quadrants, or playrooms, the park offers a variety of recreational spaces for multigenerational use. Highlights include a multi-sport court, an outdoor fitness facility, a play wall, a baseball backstop, and sensory play zones–all aimed at fostering inclusive, active lifestyles.
Accessibility is a key focus of the renovation, with thoughtful design elements that cater to children on the autism spectrum, elderly residents, and individuals with special needs within the community. The park provides a safe, welcoming environment for people of all abilities to enjoy. In response to the growing demand for year-round outdoor spaces, the renovation also expands shaded areas to ensure comfort during the hotter summer months.
Completed in 2024, Tuscany Meadows Park is part of a broader portfolio of projects across Dallas' rapidly growing suburbs, making it a hub for both residents and visitors traveling through the Frisco area.
STUDIO tla provided full landscape architectural services for the project with additional contributions from SWA during the construction and post-construction phases.
