SPECTRUM CENTER

The Spectrum Center is a seven-acre, existing office park located in Addison, Texas owned by Acram Group that leases commercial spaces and features a fitness center, outdoor courtyard, customer lounge and a 3,000-square-foot conference center. Originally constructed in 1983, the twin, 12-storey tower buildings and surrounding outdoor spaces are currently undergoing a major interior and exterior renovation. 

Working in collaboration with Gensler (architect), STUDIO tla designed enhancements to breathe new life into the office park’s streetscape, including an improved drop-off area. Street landscaping and a bistro-style patio are other key elements to the reimagined exterior space.

Improvements to the amenity courtyard–which is located on-structure–include the reduction of parking to accommodate a continuous open space with an existing mature tree canopy, improved fountains, work cabanas, respite zones, an event lawn, and improved circulation routes.

With construction now underway, the project is anticipated to be completed in spring 2024.
