BRIGHTWATER

Brightwater is a new planned community in Mississauga close to Port Credit. The overall  vision includes the development of a pedestrian-friendly urban neighbourhood of over 2,500 condominium units, 400 townhouses and commercial / retail uses  that focuses on lifestyle amenities, elevated design and urban conveniences. STUDIO tla is working with the development team, including multiple design firms on Phase 1 to ensure a continuity of intention. Sustainable open urban squares and linkage spaces, streetscape initiatives and commercial landscape design are all components of this initial phase. Due to the development’s proximity to Lake Ontario, the inclusion of water as a design element emerges as a key design feature throughout the community.
