Michael Cullen, Partner
Michael Cullen is a Landscape Architect with over 15 years of experience managing and working on projects spanning across North America, ranging from mixed-use development, commercial and transportation properties, parks, and public realm. Since joining STUDIO tla, Michael has has consistently delivered outstanding results for our clients through his leadership and technical proficiency on project teams.

Shadi E. Gilani, Partner
Shadi E. Gilani is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer who has led or contributed to the design and delivery of numerous master planning, landscape architecture, and urban design projects for over 20 years in Canada and internationally. During her time at STUDIO tla, Shadi has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence in design through her leadership and drive to create meaningful, inclusive environments.

Ray Ronaghan, Partner
Ray Ronaghan is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer with more than 10 years of experience leading and working on projects for the private and public sector in Canada, Europe and the Middle East. In his role leading projects at STUDIO tla, Ray exemplifies our firm’s collaborative approach to design elegant, contextual solutions to complex urban design challenges while actively balancing clients’ project-specific goals.
