Densification, sustainable development and community building. These are some of the key urban design principles that feature prominently in Universal City, a mixed-use, seven-tower condominium, commercial and public space development in Pickering, ON. Now under construction, the new, 7.4-acre community from our client Chestnut Hill will feature an engaging and dynamic strata park–the first of its kind in the City of Pickering–and Low Impact Development design practices that mimic natural water balance to manage stormwater runoff.
