News // Feb. 10, 2024

A proposed 15-tower, 8.75-hectare mixed-use development in Brampton, ON, Canada–featuring a one-acre park, cohesive streetscapes and several POPS–is currently being featured in Urban Toronto. The proposed development will replace a suburban strip mall with numerous towers that will deliver over 6,500 housing units across more than 5.5M square feet of residential space.

The article highlights what lies at the core of this mixed-use, infill project: public parkland connected via tree lined avenues. It also details that the proposed development will feature a buffer forest, trails, 2,145 bike parking spots and a “green street” concept.
